Kelechi Kalu co-founded Ashgrove LP to give clients what they need most: honest advice, quick turnarounds, and clear legal guidance without the confusion.

He earned his law degree (LL.B, Upper Second Class Honours) from the University of Kent in the United Kingdom and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2017. Over his career, Kelechi has worked with top-tier commercial law firms, held leadership and advisory positions in financial technology and hospitality, and advised local and international businesses on high-stakes transactions and cross-border compliance.

Kelechi focuses on helping businesses grow safely — whether that involves negotiating key commercial contracts, navigating data privacy laws across African markets, protecting technology assets, or resolving tough commercial disputes.
